Nathan Ake has returned to Chelsea.

Bournemouth have confirmed Nathan Ake
has been recalled by Chelsea and he will
return to Stamford Bridge with immediate
effect.
The 21-year-old made 12 appearances for
Eddie Howe's side and scored three goals.
